Extension is the Key to Predictable Shots

November 29, 2021

If the hands independently go up without the body turning, you’re going to have something that you do not want.  The arms must stay straight and as the body turns, that’s when the hands come in. Extend the arms and neither the wrists nor the elbows should be bent.

When the elbows come in a little too bent, the hands go a little too left without the body. So, when you come in with your swing, you’re driving the knuckles straight to the target.
