Hit Against your Left Side – Many golfers lose power for two reasons: (1) keeping the lead knee bent too long through the impact and (2) letting the hips and body move forward. What you want to do is hit against your lead side. You should finish standing on a straight lead leg with your upper body weight on that leg and facing the target.
