Jupiter Country Club Acquired by ClubCorp
ClubCorp, The World Leader in Private Clubs announced it has acquired Jupiter Country Club along with six other premier lifestyle golf clubs in residential communities on the East Coast from Toll Golf, the golf and country club division of Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes.
In 2007, I was there when Greg Norman landed his helicopter on the 18th fairway to officially open his exhilarating Signature golf course at Jupiter Country Club. Norman’s hands-on approach is unique to the golf course design process. Greg’s experience playing at the highest level on some of the world’s most illustrious layouts enabled him to create designs with all skill levels in mind.
Built with precision and artistry, the golf course at Jupiter features five sets of tees ranging in yardage from a comfortable 5,289 to 7,259 yards from the tips, demanding for even the most accomplished player. The picturesque layout has great routing throughout the luxury community with ample bunkering and water features to complement the aesthetic value of the course.
Besides golf, Jupiter Country Club has 6 lighted Har-Tru tennis courts complete with instruction and a variety of programs, a 2,600 square foot Fitness Center featuring state-of-the-art Matrix Cardio & Circuit equipment, an adult Lap and Family zero-entry Resort Style Pools.
Dining at Jupiter includes the recently renovated casual Cafe at the Sports Club, a grab-and-go Turn Station after the Ninth hole, and the Cay at the Main Clubhouse, a secluded sanctuary to relax after a game, sit by the fire-pit, enjoy some bocce, tell stories or enjoy an intimate dinner.
