Rotate, Don’t Sway

If you try to change or transfer your weight from one side to the other, you will probably end up swaying which you do not want to do. When you set up, get your weight equal on both feet and feel as if you are standing on your arches in an athletic position, not your heels or toes. During your swing, because your upper body has turned, your lower body will coil and some of your weight will move toward the middle of your stance. When you start down, rotate your body, and let your weight finish on your lead leg with the tip of your toe on your back foot on the ground. Rotate, don’t sway.
